Public Relations
Through Public Relations and Special Events, the Team builds and manages mutually beneficial relationships between the Institution and its public, focusing on two-way communication, i.e. listening to the constituencies, which the organisation depends on, as well as analysing and understanding the attitudes and behaviours of those audiences.
It develops media relations in a pro-active and exclusive way, the media strategy being tailored towards the internal and external community, with a view to establishing platforms for the activities to ensure their publicity.
Areas include media relations, alumni, community relations and fundraising, whilst common tools include press conferences, events organisation and coordination of conferences and lectures.
The Press Office presents relevant material about the Institution, its events and its activities, for journalists and media representatives.
